1lbMedium shrimp peeled and de-veined
1Tbsp.Olive oil extra virgin
2Tbsp.Garlic minced
1 ½c.White wine or chicken broth
½fresh lemon juiced
1tsp.Italian seasoning
1tspOld Bay Seasoning
½c.Butter softened
1Tbsp.Parsley
½c.Parmesan cheese grated
1pinchSalt
Method
Heat a medium sized skillet over medium high heat. Add olive oil and cook shrimp 3-5 minutes until they're pink. Remove shrimp and set aside. Reduce heat to medium.

Add garlic and cook for 1-2 minutes or until fragrant. Add the white wine (or chicken broth) and lemon juice and cook until the liquid is reduced to about half. Reduce your heat to low and add the Italian seasoning and butter. Cook until the butter is fully melted.

Once the butter has melted, add the parsley then gently stir the shrimp back in. Cook on low for 1-2 minutes to heat and allow the sauce to cook to the shrimp fully.
